Founded in 1 984, the principals of the firm have a combined total of 80 years of development, property management and real estate consulting experience. Our approach
Under our typical development contract, PFMS assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the project for an agreed-upon fee. It is in this role of owner’s representative that PFMS is best able to integrate its professional staff and provide the most benefit to the client/owner. At the same time, the client/owner is relieved of the project details and is free to determine the timing and level of its involvement.
PFMS’s approach to providing full development services is based on maintaining flexibility and objectivity. Rather than having architects/engineers and general contracting personnel on staff, the firm contracts for these services on behalf of the client/owner. Experience indicates the best results are achieved when these various disciplines (architects, engineers, land planners, contractors, etc.) are brought together under a team leader. This approach allows PFMS to unequivocally serve in their client’s best interest and tailor services to the particular situation.
