Our experience

One of our principal’s property management experience includes having been the Chief Financial Officer for a property manager who managed over 1,000,000 square feet of office space and 700 tenants. Our construction management experience is extensive with inside knowledge of the construction side of the equation. Each of our Principal’s has been involved in the construction industry and this background is instrumental in providing our clients with a real estate project that meets their expectations from both an economic and timeframe standpoint.


Our services

As a full-service development and property management company, we have the ability to coordinate and manage all base buildings as well as tenant build-out. Our team has extensive experience in the management of tenant build-out, renovations and base building construction.

The overall responsibility for construction management will be assigned to the on-site project manager. The project manager will coordinate with the owner/tenant throughout the design and construction process. These activities will include:

• Consult with the owner to identify space needs, develop plans for meeting them and establish responsibility for payment.

• Coordinate with interior space designers to obtain space plans and construction drawings, all approved by the owner.

• Obtain competitive bids from qualified contractors and jointly with the owner select one to meet the agreed-upon construction budget.

• Supervise the construction of building improvements, including all finish details as well as landscaping and outbuildings when necessary.

• Along with the interior designer and architect, conduct the final walk-thru and ensure all punch list items are completed.

• Coordinate move-in including keys, signage, utilities, building rules and required documentation.

• Review and approve the pay requests related to the construction.
