The ownership helps shape the physical characteristics of the project, determines the type of financing required and can help ensure the building’s success over time. The principals of PFMS have worked with for-profit and not-for-profit owners and governmental agencies alike to establish a variety of very successful ownership vehicles. Most are complex, others simple and straightforward. All were conceived and implemented to meet specific requirements and client situations. Preferred Financial and Management Services will bring that experience to our clients.

Preferred Financial and Management Services is prepared for and capable of producing the required financing for your potential project. Preferred Financial and Management Services has financing relations with national pension funds, life insurance companies and major commercial banks. PFMS’s equity resources include both private and public (REIT) sources. In addition, we are familiar with structuring transactions on a non-conventional basis such as sales/leasebacks in order to obtain “off-balance sheet” financing for those institutions or owners who may desire this creative type of financing alternative. One of our principals is a former member and treasurer of a county development authority and has extensive experience dealing with credit enhancements for bond financing for special-use projects.
